Assembly Meeting of the Cluster for Humanitarian Demining Ltd. held in Slavonski Brod

Few days after the meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Cluster for Humanitarian Demining Ltd. that was held on Thursday, May 19, 2011, the General Assembly of the Cluster also took place. The meeting was held on Tuesday, May 24, 2011 in the premises of Đuro Đakovic - Special Vehicles Inc. in Slavonski Brod. The session was led by the Assembly President and Director of CROMAC Mr. Zdravko Modrušan with the presence of the Cluster Manager Mr. Oto Jungwirth and representatives of the Cluster founders. According to the agenda, the General Assembly unanimously adopted the Report of the Supervisory Board, the Activity and Financial Report 2010 and Business Plan 2011. All present supported the work and activities of the Cluster and rated them as successful with the hope that future results will be even better. In favor of this goes the fact that the members unanimously adopted two new associate members entry forms and that way gave the green light for the Cluster expansion. Mungos Razminiranje Ltd. and BLAS-TIP Ltd. from the Republic of Slovenia have become the new associate members of the Cluster for Humanitarian Demining Ltd.

At the end of the meeting, the host of the session Mr. Bartol Jerkovic, the president of the ĐĐ - Special Vehicles Inc, briefly introduced the participants with the company profile and gave them a short tour through the impressive factory complex.
