It is our intention, using this web site, to inform you that the Cluster for Humanitarian emining Ltd. is established, and to express our readiness for possible business-technical co-operation in organisation, conducting and monitoring in the field of mine action system.

Croatia, as many other countries worldwide, is mine contaminated. Mine victims are mostly civilians that suffer for decades after the armies withdraw and all weapons are silenced. Other than human suffering, mines cause catastrophic humanitarian, social and economic consequences. Vast areas that are mine contaminated are inaccessible to the population, fertile soil remains unused and deteriorate due to the lack of cultivation.
The Republic of Croatia had to face up to this great issue, and has committed to ban the use, manufacturing, storing and transfer of anti-personnel mines, and as one of the first signatories of the Ottawa Convention, has decided to help mine victims, and to demine its whole national territory, which is the only way to avoid further civilian casualties.
In order to reach these goals, the Republic of Croatia has organised a system, developed capacities and conducts humanitarian demining activities in a transparent and professional manner.

Through the development of mine action, the Republic of Croatia has achieved one the most organised systems, and its system is becoming a role model to the most of the mine contaminated countries.

We are aware of the fact that all mine contaminated countries want to resolve mine threat in a faster and safer way. We can solve the mine issues due to the fact that we take maximum care when selecting, training and educating our employees and our future associates. In order to ensure the quality of the services rendered abroad, our employment policy is to use our own education system and a strict selection when choosing our staff.
