The associate member - RCUD EOD

Since its establishment in 2002 up to date, the employees of the regional Centre for Divers Training in Underwater EOD (RCUD) have extracted from the sea around 100 tons of UXO and underwater anti-ship mines.

Our associate member owns a Hotel with capacity of 51 rooms, a separate building with offices and classroom for theoretical part of lectures; technical block for gas mixtures ITROX and TRIMIX with up-to-date equipment for diving and underwater demining.

The Cluster can, through our associate member, offer the following services:
• Training of divers for underwater
demining and precautions in regard to UXO in water,
• Elaboration of the projects for underwater research, and elaboration of projects regarding UXO civil defence,
• Underwater EOD in the region,
• Operational research and mapping locations of underwater mines.
